Frontline Collective provides a simple, strategic pathway for engaging in frontier missions. It allows us to move from discovery to strengthening to resourcing—ensuring that local leaders are not only identified but supported holistically. This approach helps us remain focused, reproducible, and effective in some of the most complex environments in the world.
FIND
We discern where God is already at work
At Frontline Collective, we believe our role is not to create ministry, but to prayerfully discern and join what God is already doing among the unreached. Across some of the hardest places in the world, faithful local believers are courageously advancing the gospel within their own communities. We seek to discover and engage these leaders through trusted relationships, careful discernment, and ongoing partnership.
Through listening, relationship-building, and evaluation, we assess alignment, readiness, sustainability, and strategic opportunity. Rather than imposing outside agendas, we prioritize locally-led initiatives rooted in the culture, language, and realities of the people they are called to reach.
Fortify
We strengthen leaders and stabilize their work
Frontline leaders often serve in environments marked by persecution, isolation, instability, and limited resources. We exist to strengthen these leaders and reinforce the work God has already entrusted to them through strategic support, encouragement, care, and sustainable development.
This includes financial and practical assistance, leadership encouragement, organizational strengthening, and ongoing relational support. Our goal is to help cultivate healthy leaders and resilient initiatives capable of enduring long-term and advancing faithfully in difficult places.
Fuel
We catalyze growth, multiplication, and expanded impact
As healthy local-led initiatives grow, opportunities emerge to expand gospel access into new regions and unreached people groups. Frontline Collective helps fuel this expansion by providing catalytic resources, strategic partnerships, and targeted support that increase capacity and strengthen long-term impact.
We help resource expansion efforts, support multiplication, and mobilize additional relationships and opportunities that empower local leaders to reach more people with the hope of Jesus Christ.

Connect, Cover, and Cultivate ensure that our partnerships are relational, our methods are secure, and our impact is long-term and sustainable. A simple, strategic, and secure framework that reflects how we partner with God’s work among the unreached. These are the postures and practices that define every partnership and initiative. Connect
We build trusted, long-term relationships with frontline leaders and initiatives
At Frontline Collective, we believe meaningful partnership begins with trust. We prioritize relationships over transactions, seeking to walk alongside frontline leaders with humility, consistency, and mutual respect. Through listening, presence, and ongoing engagement, we build strong relational foundations that foster unity, collaboration, and long-term partnership.
Cover
We provide prayerful, strategic, and security-minded support for frontline leaders
Many frontline leaders serve in environments marked by persecution, instability, spiritual opposition, and significant personal risk. We seek to cover these leaders through intentional prayer, wise partnership, and thoughtful support that prioritizes both people and mission.
This includes spiritual encouragement, security awareness, relational care, and strategic guidance designed to help protect and strengthen frontline initiatives in sensitive and challenging contexts.
Cultivate
We pursue long-term health, sustainability, and multiplication
Frontline Collective is committed to cultivating healthy leaders and sustainable gospel initiatives that can endure and multiply over time. Rather than focusing solely on short-term impact, we seek to strengthen foundations that support long-term faithfulness, growth, and local ownership.
We desire to help cultivate resilient ministries, developing leaders, and multiplying gospel presence that continues advancing within communities, regions, and unreached people groups for generations to come.
